Your first opinion vet remains your primary care provider.  Should you have an emergency outside of normal hours, please call them first. 

If you’re calling outside of our opening hours, your call will be automatically forwarded to MiNightVets at Castle Donnington, who provide the out-of-hours care for our first opinion practice, STAR Vets.  Why not find out about emergency pet care at Star Vets.

How to find us

STAR Rehab Referrals is located on Elms Business Park, not far from the M42. You can find us using the map below, or by putting our postcode, DE12 7AP, into your satnav.

If travelling via the M42, exit at Junction 11. At the roundabout at the top of the slip road, take the fourth exit onto the A444/Atherstone Road, towards Twycross Zoo/Nuneaton. Go past the Appleby Inn Pub on your right and continue for a further half mile or so. The Elms Business Park is on the right-hand side. Turn into the main entrance and continue directly ahead. STAR Vets is the last building on the right before the car park narrows into a track.
